In 2009, Caplow Custom Frame and Restoration was commissioned to restore a frame for the Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church. This restoration job first involved the recasting of 3-dimensional ornamentation. After recasting and replacing, the new ornament was gilded and toned to match the original gold leaf finish. We strive not to change the original finish during restoration.
