All purchases are to be picked up at Caplow Framing and Restoration at 4758 Grand Avenue South, Minneapolis Minnesota. Refunds may be made in person or by phone: 612-824-9811. Please provide proof of purchase when picking up an item at the store. Caplow Custom Framing and Restoration is not responsible for transactions handled through PayPal.
